  • Biography

    Dr Mansi's first consultant position was at St George's Hospital, London in medical oncology initially covering a range of tumours types as well as managerial positions - service lead and then clinical director and cancer lead for the trust. She moved to Guy's and St Thomas' in 2006 to take up the role of clinical director (from 2006 - 2009) of the oncology and haematology directorate as well as to develop the role of cancer lead for the Trust. This was in addition to focusing on breast cancer treatment and research.

    She is currently chair of the SELCN breast research committee and the SELCN drugs and therapeutics committee, and clinical lead for survivorship for the integrated cancer centre.

    She is also regional specialty advisor for South Thames for medical oncology, honorary secretary for the Association of Cancer Physicians and quality lead for the Specialist Advisory Committee for medical oncology.
