  • Biography

    Lisette Collins is an oral and maxillofacial pathology consultant at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, London.  She specialises in diagnosis of all aspects of head and neck, as well as thyroid pathology. She also holds a BSc in biochemistry and a masters in genomic medicine.

    Lisette teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students at King's College London as well as nationally to specialty trainees in pathology, oncology, maxillofacial surgery and oral medicine. She continues to be engaged in medical education curriculum design and examination.

  • Special interests

    Lisette has a special interest in fibro-osseous lesions of the jaws and craniofacial skeleton, and is an invited co-author for the 5th edition WHO classification of head and neck tumours. Her current specialist skillset also includes PD-L1 diagnostics, for which she is involved in quality assurance and both national and international training of histopathologists as well as genomic medicine, in which she holds her Master's degree.
