How to get an appointment
Your dentist will refer you to us.
Changing or cancelling your appointment
You can change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment date. Please give as much notice as possible so that we can offer cancelled appointments to other people.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we may discharge you from the service.
Before your appointment
Please:
- read your CC appointment (letter)
- bring a list of any medicines you're taking
During your appointment
Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your appointment time.
Check in at your appointment online
We'll send an email or notification 30 minutes before your appointment. Use this to tell us when you've arrived, that you're running late or unable to make it. If do not receive a notification, please go to the reception desk to check in.
After your appointment
Once treatment is complete and your braces have been removed, we'll continue to look after you for a further 12 months. At your final 12-month orthodontic check-up you'll be discharged back to your local dentist for further retainer reviews.
