Making a referral

We accept referrals from GPs and other health professionals.

You can send a referral letter to us by email or post. We recommend sending the referral by email.

Urgent referrals

Please email urgent referrals to us with 'URGENT REFERRAL' in the subject box.

Emergency referrals

If you need immediate emergency advice, please call 020 7188 7188 and ask for the on-call ACHD consultant.
