Referrals

In line with NHS England's Digital First approach, we encourage all external non-e-RS referrals to be submitted digitally.

Digital referrals help reduce delays, improve traceability, minimise the risk of lost or incomplete information, and support safer patient care.

Please submit referrals by email to [email protected].

We accept referrals from consultants and nurse specialists.

We accept referrals for anyone diagnosed with cancer or a brain tumour between the age of 16 and 24 in south east London.

If your referral is urgent, please call Gavin Maynard-Wyatt from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
