Friends and Family Test results – July

Inpatients who completed the Friends and Family Test gave our hospitals a score of 78 in July with some wards achieving a score of 100. Patients attending our A&E department gave it a score of 34.

Chief Nurse Eileen Sills says: “Thank you to all staff who have been working hard to encourage our patients to respond to this important question.

“Much of the feedback we have received from patients has been extremely valuable, for example suggestions for improving the information we give our patients on wards.

“By listening to constructive feedback we can continue to improve our services so that we provide the best possible care to all our patients."
