Tessa Jowell Health Centre

The new NHS health centre in East Dulwich, named in memory of the area's former MP, Tessa Jowell, is now open.

The centre, which stands on the site of the former Dulwich Community Hospital, offers a range of services provided by Guy's and St Thomas' including children's speech and language therapy, health visiting, community rehabilitation and falls, services for vulnerable people including asylum seekers, foot health and community diabetes services.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic visits to the centre are by appointment only and many services are being provided in different ways, including virtually instead of face to face. If you are required to attend the centre for your appointment you will be asked to wear a face mask and keep a safe distance from other patients, and staff where possible.

Services at the centre are also provided by King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and Omnes Healthcare, and a range of specialist, voluntary and community organisations.

For more information, watch a film about the Tessa Jowell Health Centre on YouTube. A full list of the services available at the centre can be found on the NHS South East London Clinical Commissioning Group website.
