Biography

Grace Walker has been a consultant in the department of Ageing and Health at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust since 2020.

Grace looks after older people who come into hospital unexpectedly and may need extra support. She works across the Older Persons Unit, the Hospital @ Home team, and the Acute Older Persons Unit, where she carries out comprehensive geriatric assessments. 

She also sees people of all ages who are admitted to hospital through internal medicine. 

Grace is the clinical lead for the Acute Older Persons Unit and the joint service lead for the Department of Ageing and Health.
