Grace Walker
Consultant physician and geriatrician
Biography
Grace Walker has been a consultant in the department of Ageing and Health at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust since 2020.
She works on the Older Persons Unit (OPU), with the hospital @ home team, in the Acute Older Persons Unit (AOPU) providing comprehensive geriatric assessment to older people who present acutely to hospital. She also sees people of all ages admitted to hospital via internal medicine.
She is the Clinical Lead for the AOPU and the joint Service Lead for the Department of Ageing and Health.
