Biography
Rexford Muza is interested in obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and its associated co-morbidities.
His main interest in respiratory medicine has been in infections of the lung - particularly tuberculosis and opportunistic chest infections. He is interested in HIV/Aids in general and HIV and the lung in particular. He has also been involved in the evaluation of oxygen delivery systems, comparing the new ambulatory oxygen delivery systems against the traditional systems.
In general internal medicine he has an interest in looking at the immunomodulatory properties of statins.
