How to get an appointment

Your GP or another health professional can refer you.

Changing or cancelling your appointment

Phone: 020 7188 6407

If you do not attend your appointment we'll contact you to reschedule.

If you do not attend again, we'll discharge you back to your GP or health professional.

Before your appointment

Please bring a list of:

  • medicines you take
  • allergies
  • diagnoses or treatments you've already received

Please tell us if you have an implantable heart device, such as a pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD).

If you're having Mohs surgery, one of our nurses will call you 1 week before your appointment. They'll answer any questions and tell you how to prepare.

During your appointment

You may see either a nurse or a doctor.

If you're having Mohs surgery, please expect to be at the hospital all day.

Please allow 1 hour for all other appointments.

You may need to come back on another day for more treatments.

We are a teaching hospital and there may be students sitting in on your appointment.

After your appointment

We'll send a letter and treatment plan to you and your GP. Please let our receptionist know if you do not want a copy of this letter.

We'll organise a follow-up appointment if you need one.

Please contact us if you have any questions or need advice.
