Dermatology day care provides a range of treatments and investigations. We see people who do not need a full hospital admission, but need more care than is normally given during an outpatient clinic appointment. 

We can help you with:

• treatments that are difficult to manage at home
• treatments that are too messy to use at home
• topical treatments (the application of creams, ointments or dressings on the skin)

We may also see you if you need:

• a series of investigations to help diagnose your skin problem
• further specialist opinions about your condition

We have 2 topical day treatment areas for general skin treatments:

• low intensity
• high intensity
