This is a one stop heart failure clinic for newly suspected or people with heart failure.

We aim to see people within 2 to 6 weeks of referral.

This clinic is for people already diagnosed with heart failure. We make sure you're on the correct medicine. It involves monitoring and increasing or adjusting your medicines. Please bring your medications with you to this appointment.

Heart failure screening clinic

This clinic is for screening people or relatives for a suspected cardiomyopathy, with an ECG and an echo.
