Water outage in Tunbridge Wells
A severe water supply problem is affecting our dialysis services at the Tunbridge Wells kidney treatment centre.
- If your appointment has been affected, we will contact you to reschedule it.
- If you do not hear from us, please go to your appointment as usual.
Other units may be busier than usual during this time.
We may not be able to respond to calls as quickly as usual, so please only contact us if you need to. We are working hard to make sure we can run the service as smoothly as possible.
Dialysis units are normally open for care plans for:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or
- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
There are up to 3 sessions a day, morning, afternoon and evening.
We offer everyone their first choice of session where possible.
