Coronavirus: sexual health service update
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we no longer offer a walk-in service.
We offer a telephone helpline seven days a week. Please call us on 020 7188 7707. We will offer patients who meet certain criteria either a face-to-face appointment in clinic, or a telephone call from a clinician.
The number of appointment slots varies daily depending on staffing.
Please do not attend our clinics unless you have spoken to a member of staff on the phone first, and they have confirmed that you have an appointment.
If you have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or you have a new continuous cough, temperature or a loss/change of sense of smell or taste, you must tell us this information on the phone before we book an appointment.

Our service is open seven days a week. This line will be answered daily from 8.30am (from 1pm on Wednesdays, 8am on Saturday and 9.30am on Sundays) until the end of our usual opening hours.
We get a very high volume of calls, especially in the morning. We ask that you please be patient, and stay on the line when you call. The phone will keep ringing, and this means you are in the queue. The phone line should be less busy in the afternoon or evening.
If you do not have symptoms and want a check-up, we ask you to use a home testing kit, ordered via the Sexual Health London website.
