Burrell Street opening times

Providing a free and confidential sexual health service

At Burrell Street we offer general sexual health clinics. Most of our clinics are walk-in so you do not need to book, however we do recommend that you arrive as early as possible as waiting times can vary.

We no longer accept walk-ins for asymptomatic (no concerns or no symptoms) check-ups. Please order an online self-testing kit.

At particularly busy times, we will close earlier than stated  below. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days. If you're planning to visit Burrell Street on a weekend, it is advisable that you arrive early to avoid disappointment.

At weekends there is often a queue prior to the doors opening and we have sometimes closed to accommodate the high demand. While we make every effort to see as many people as possible, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will be seen.

From Monday 3 September to Friday 23 November, the Burrell Street clinic will test a different operating system. From 8.30am to 12 noon, we will offer an appointment system with urgent walk in appointments, and a walk-in service from 12 noon to 6pm (note that weekend appointments will vary).
