Sexual health clinics

Our clinics

We no longer accept walk-ins for a asymptomatic (no concerns or no symptoms) check-ups. Please order an online self-testing kit.

Your clinic visit

  • What services we provide

  • What to expect at your appointment

As clinics are only walk-in, patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. The high demand for our services can mean an extended wait time in busy periods and especially weekends. You are advised to attend as early as possible to ensure you will be seen. Unfortunately at times, patients may be turned away when we exceed capacity.

We use a self-triage system, enabling us to make sure each patient is seen by a clinician most suited to their need.

Sexual health centres are the most confidential part of the NHS. Notes are kept separately from hospital medical records, and GP records, and usually cannot be accessed without the patients’ agreement.

We will need some contact details in order to be able to let you know your results or ask you to return for treatment.
  • After your appointment

If any of the tests that you have had are positive, you will be contacted by phone or text within two weeks.

If you have any concerns about your results, please call the results line on 020 7188 8726. This line is open between 11am and 1pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. It is closed on Wednesdays.
