Overview

Vestibular and facial physiotherapy

We treat vestibular (inner ear and brain) and facial palsy conditions.

You'll have an appointment with one of our physiotherapists. They'll give you some information about your condition and how to manage it. This might include:

  • exercises
  • face-to-face, telephone or video 1-to-1 physiotherapy sessions

We'll work with you to produce the best treatment plan for you.

Our vestibular physiotherapy service is linked to the balance clinic.

Our facial physiotherapy service is part of the facial nerve clinic.

Research and clinical trials

Research is vital to improving the care that you receive when you're unwell. You can help improve healthcare by taking part in research studies at our Trust. During your appointment, ask your healthcare professional about research. They'll be happy to tell you about research studies you could be eligible to join.
