Time: clinic runs 3 to 4 times a year on 5th Friday of the month

Between 16 and 17 years old, you'll be invited to the transition clinic. You and your family can meet both the adult and children's XP teams together in 1 clinic. You'll already know many of our staff.

You can come to this clinic with your family or a friend until you feel confident to come on your own.
