Making a referral
We accept referrals from GPs and other hospitals (tertiary referrals).
GP referrals
All NHS GP referrals must be submitted using the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS).

2-week wait (2WW) referrals
If you are concerned your patient has skin cancer, please complete the 2 week wait skin cancer referral form on e-RS.
This service is for GPs in Lambeth and Southwark.
Urgent referrals
If you have an urgent referral, please email your referral to us and mark it as urgent.
If you need urgent medical advice on the same day about your patient's condition, please call 020 7188 7188 bleep 2020 and speak to our dermatology specialist registrar.
