At Guy's and St Thomas' we pride ourselves in delivering outstanding care.

But we want to continuously improve and to do this we need your help.

If you don't understand what the doctors have told you, if you need more information about your medicines, if you've got any questions about the food and drink, if you want to give us feedback to improve your care, if you'd like to know more about the day you leave hospital, please ask us.

The most important thing for us is that you are treated with the utmost dignity respect, treated safely and compassionately. If you have any questions, please ask us.

How you can help us

Often the easiest way to tell us what you think about our services is to speak to a member of staff involved in your care. Just ask to speak to the person in charge, usually a senior nurse or doctor.

There are lots of other ways you can comment on our services. See patient feedback for details.

If you have been a patient or live locally, you can also get involved by becoming a member of our Foundation Trust.
