Carly Welch
Honorary Consultant Geriatrician and Internal Medicine Physician
Biography
Carly Welch is a clinical senior lecturer at King’s College London. She works half of her time at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust as a consultant geriatrician and internal medicine physician.
She works clinically in the admissions ward and emergency department, reviewing older people presenting to hospital to enable holistic care plans and the Geriatric Oncology Liaison development (GOLD) service.
She also sees people of any age admitted through internal medicine. She is the research and development lead for acute specialties within the trust.
