Coban wrapping

Description:
This leaflet provides you with information about Coban™ wrapping and how you can use it to help your hand injury heal.

Contrast bathing

Description:
This sheet tells you what is involved in contrast bathing and how often you should do it.

Cubital tunnel syndrome

Description:
This leaflet will help you to understand cubital tunnel syndrome. It gives advice and will help you through the process of managing and treating your symptoms conservatively (without surgery).

Desensitisation home programme

Description:
After an injury or operation, nerves within the skin can sometimes become overly sensitive. Stimulation to the skin in that region of your body, such as touch or pressure, can feel unpleasant, oversensitive and even painful. This leaflet provides you with information about how to help reduce these feelings.

Dupuytren's disease - Surgery
