Ambulatory oxygen referrals
We accept referrals from GPs within Lambeth and Southwark. If you are known to the ambulatory oxygen service at St Thomas’ Hospital, you may refer yourself for a re-assessment. Please call the team on 020 7188 8636.

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy referrals
We accept referrals from GPs within Lambeth and Southwark. Please speak to your GP about self-referrals to our service.

Neurorehabilitation physiotherapy referrals
We accept referrals from GPs. Find out how to refer to the neurorehabilitation physiotherapy service.

Older person's physiotherapy referrals
We accept referrals from GPs and within Lambeth and Southwark. Find out how to refer to the older person's physiotherapy service.

Pulmonary rehabilitation referrals
We accept referrals from GPs and practice nurses. Please speak to your GP, practice nurse or chest doctor if you would like to be referred to pulmonary rehabilitation.

The vestibular and facial physiotherapy accepts referral letters from consultants, GPs and physiotherapists.

Reasonable adjustments for patients
We are committed to providing reasonable adjustments for all of our patients so that they have a positive experience using our services. The details of the adjustments we provide are listed on our e-referral service description.
If you think that your patient could benefit from or might require any of the below adjustments, please can you specify clearly what is needed on the patient’s referral.
- Longer appointments (eg double appointment).
- Timing of appointment (beginning or end of day).
- Environment of appointment eg is there a quiet room available rather than the busy department?
- Carers to come with patient to appointment.
