Your GP or hospital doctor can refer you.

Changing or cancelling your appointment

Please call 020 7188 8045 or 020 7188 3755.

Before your appointment

Please bring a list of your medications to your first appointment.

You can bring a friend or relative for support.

During your appointment

Your first appointment will be at the hospital. It can take 2 to 3 hours.

You will meet your consultant and nurse specialist.

We will do some tests and arrange any that cannot be done on the day.

We may give you information about treatments.

We aim to give you the time you need. Sometimes appointments can take longer. Your appointment may not always start on time because of this.

Follow-up appointments may be on the phone or video call.

After your appointment

We will send a letter to you and your GP. It will include a summary of the appointment and your treatment plan.
