Extracorporeal photopheresis

Making a referral

Please complete the extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) referral form and email it to us. Please state if your referral is for outreach or in-house ECP.

Please make sure your patient has suitable peripheral access or we may need to insert a Hickman line.

If your patient's blood results show that they're not within a treatable range then they'll need a top-up of blood at their hospital before they receive ECP from us. Please make sure they're aware of this.

Emergency referrals

We provide an emergency outreach service for patients staying at:

• The Royal Marsden
• King's College Hospital

Please email the ECP referral form to us and we'll aim to treat your patient within 48 hours of receiving it.
