Keep taking all other medicines as usual.
Start having small meals and following our food guide.
Drink lots of fluids, try to have 2 litres (about 8 to 10 glasses) each day.

Phone the endoscopy unit at St Thomas' Hospital, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Out of hours

Between 6pm and 8am or on weekends, and in an emergency, call 020 7188 7188 and ask for the on-call gastroenterology registrar.
