Providing care for disorders of the foot and ankle

Community foot health (podiatry) service

Podiatry Centre
Artesian Building
94 Alscot Road

Our community foot health (podiatry) clinics offer a range of services to assess, treat and advise people on any foot condition.

Our podiatrists (healthcare professionals trained in all aspects of care for the feet and lower limbs, including the most common foot problems) provide expertise in preventing and treating disorders of the foot and ankle.

You must be registered with a GP in Lambeth or Southwark to access this service.

We aim to help you to:

  • prevent future foot problems through health promotion
  • relieve pain
  • maintain function and mobility
  • prevent or minimise deformity
  • reduce the risk of ulceration and amputation.

Treatment is provided through individual care plans and carried out in our community health clinics. See the patients tab for clinic information.

All of our podiatrists are registered with the Health & Care Professions Council.

We work together with our foot health colleagues at Guy's and St Thomas'. We also work closely with the diabetic foot clinic and rheumatology department at King's College Hospital.
