Oral medicine and dermatology
This clinic provides a care plan for the management of autoimmune immunobullous conditions, including pemphigus vulgaris and mucous membrane pemphigoid and multi-site lichen planus. There are two clinics per month, staffed by an oral medicine specialist and a dermatologist.

Oral medicine and gastroenterology
This clinic provides a care plan for the management of orofacial granulomatosis. There are two clinics per month, staffed by an oral medicine specialist, a gastroenterologist and a dietitian.

Oral medicine and children’s dentistry
This clinic provides a care plan for the management of oral medicine conditions in children. This includes the management of oral soft and hard tissue lesions in young people. It occurs twice a month and is led by oral medicine and children’s dentistry specialists.

Dysplasia clinic with head and neck cancer
The clinics provides a care plan for the management of dysplasia and potentially premalignant oral epithelial lesions. The service includes a one-stop-shop for selected new patients who require a biopsy on the same day as their initial assessment. In addition to an oral medicine specialist, a head and neck surgeon is also available in clinic when required. There are two clinics a week.

This clinic provides a care plan for the management of Sjögren’s syndrome.

Behçet's disease clinic with rheumatology and ophthalmology
This clinic provides a care plan for the management of Behçet's disease. We hold one clinic per month at St Thomas' Hospital, run by an oral medicine specialist, a rheumatologist and an ophthalmologist.

Persistent facial pain with clinical psychology
This weekly clinic provides a care plan for the management of persistent facial pain, including trigeminal neuralgia. It is staffed by an oral medicine specialist, a clinical psychologist and a restorative dentist if required.

Burning mouth syndrome (BMS) clinic
The burning mouth syndrome (BMS) clinic is a weekly specialist joint clinic run by an oral medicine consultant and a clinical psychologist. Patients with symptoms of oral burning are initially assessed in a general oral medicine clinic and are transferred to the joint clinic for management if appropriate.
