All of our vascular clinics take place at Gassiot House, St Thomas' Hospital, Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7EH.
Patients cannot self-refer to this clinic. Referrals must come from a healthcare professional.

We see all new patients within 72 hours of referral. More urgent patients are seen within 24 hours.
Our nurse practitioners will give you a full clinical assessment.
You'll have some tests, including:
- blood tests
- a CT scan
- a duplex ultrasound
A treatment plan will be agreed and started.
At this clinic we treat:
- transient ischaemic attack (TIA)
- minor stroke
- chronic limb-threatening ischaema (CLTI) without sepsis
- acute deep vein thrrombosis (DVT)
- new symptomatic pre-existing venous patients
- possible digital ischaemia or embolisation
- new leg ulcers (not previously investigated or diagnosed)
- stable ambulatory inpatients who need treatment decision

- popliteal aneurysms
- aortic dissection
- thoracoabdominal aneurysms (TAA)
- juxtarenal aneurysm (JRAA)
- visceral artery aneurysms
- false aneurysms
- aortic occlusive disease
- atherosclerosis
- femoral distal occlusive disease
- lymphedema
- deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
- leg swelling
- swollen ankles, feet and legs (oedema)
- post-thrombotic leg
- Raynaud's disease
- thoracic outlet syndrome
- venous malformations
- arteriovenous (AV) fistula

At this clinic we treat:
- current or previous post-thrombotic syndrome
- skin changes caused by venous disease, such as eczema or darkening of the skin
- history of or current ulceration caused by venous disease
- history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
- complications of DVT
We do not treat:
- skin changes related to only varicose veins

- current or previous superficial thrombophlebitis
- varicose veins with skin changes caused by venous disease, such as eczema or darkening of the skin
- history of multiple bleeding episodes as a result of varicose veins
- history of or current ulceration as a result of venous disease
