Our organisation
Our community services bring care closer to home, meeting people where they are. Across Lambeth and Southwark, our teams support adults, children and families in the places they live, learn and work.
Delivered in partnership with local NHS organisations including GPs, councils and the voluntary sector, these services are a vital part of how we help people stay well, manage health conditions, and access the right support in familiar, everyday settings.
We provide care in a wide range of locations, such as specialist centres like Evelina London’s Sunshine House and the Pulross neurological rehabilitation centre, and in GP practices, health centres, schools, community buildings and people’s homes.
We also run specialist outreach clinics in over 50 locations, working closely with local hospitals to provide expert care in areas such as children’s health, cardiovascular care, cancer, thoracic medicine and clinical genetics.
But our role goes beyond delivering care. We influence the health and wellbeing of people living locally, not only as a healthcare provider, but also through our wider role in the community. We listen, we learn, and we act on what matters most to local people, working with them and our partners to understand their needs. Through a deep commitment to understanding and reducing health inequalities, we’re here to support people to live well, with care that’s responsive and rooted in the communities we serve.

Clinical networks
Our teams are active partners in a number of Clinical Service Networks, working across London, the South East and the UK to improve care and share expertise. These include Integrated Care Systems, Community Services Networks, Acute Provider Collaboratives and Cancer Alliances.
Evelina London also hosts and contributes to several regional and national networks, including the South Thames Retrieval Service, South Thames Paediatric Network, London Neonatal Operational Delivery Network and the Lifelong Congenital Heart Disease Network.
