Service overview
We are a regional centre for people with all forms of kidney disease in south east London, Kent and the surrounding areas.
We offer treatment to patients at all stages of the kidney disease pathway. This ranges from diagnosis of early kidney disease through to caring for patients with all forms of advanced kidney disease, including dialysis, kidney transplantation and end of life care.
We are nationally recognised as having particular expertise in kidney transplantation. See our kidney transplantation pages for more information. We are also leaders in the field of shared haemodialysis care and home dialysis. We were one of the first renal centres in the UK to establish a nocturnal (overnight) home haemodialysis programme.
