A patient receives care at Borough dialysis unitOur dialysis units accept enquiries regarding holiday dialysis sessions for NHS patients from other units and visiting non-NHS or private patients. We have a number of locations, including our new Borough Kidney Treatment Centre in central London.
Acceptance for dialysis will depend on availability at your desired unit on your preferred dates as well as your clinical suitability.
Our units
Our dialysis units offer high quality dialysis in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Our aim is to provide a timely, safe and smooth service for visiting patients. The dialysis units are located in Camberwell, New Cross Gate, Borough and Tunbridge Wells.

Cost
For NHS holiday patients wishing to dialyse in our units there is no charge. To find out if you are eligible for NHS treatments please contact our holiday coordinator.
Certain countries, such as those within the EU, have an agreement with the NHS meaning there is no direct charge to patients. As of Friday 31 January, the UK has left the European Union and the UK and the EU will be negotiating additional arrangements until the end of 2020. The EHIC can still be used during this transition period.
The cost for private patients and patients who are not eligible for NHS treatment is £300 per dialysis session.

If you wish to attend one of our units for holiday dialysis, please contact our holiday dialysis coordinator. Bookings should be made at least six to eight weeks in advance. Once you have contacted us, we will send you all the necessary documentation for completion.
