What to expect at your appointment
At your appointment you will be reviewed by a haemostasis consultant and a member of the allied health professional.
You will have a blood test and you may also be assessed by the physiotherapist after your appointment with the consultant. Please allow up one hour for your appointment
After your appointment
You will receive a follow up appointment. This will either be a face to face appointment or over the telephone. We routinely write to all medical teams involved in your care after your visit.
If you do not hear from us regarding your follow up appointment within two weeks, please contact the Haemostasis and Thrombosis Centre.
